Gas Boiler Scheme

Gas Boiler Scheme

Homeowners could be entitled to a FREE boiler if you have an insulation measure installed at your property!

Getting a dual measure grant package increases the amount of money that your boiler grant will cover. These are the home insulation grants that you can get alongside your boiler grant:

  • UFI – Underfloor Insulation (You must have access underneath your floorboards i.e. able to lift carpet up. Cannot insulate if it is laminate or solid tiled floor).
  • Room in Roof Insulation – Roof rooms/Attic rooms with a velux window or dormer can be insulated.
  • Cavity Wall Insulation – Properties with a cavity, whether it is empty or partial filled it can be insulated with the new energy efficient bead insulation.

If you prefer not to have an insulation measure installed at the property, you can still have a new boiler installed with a contribution fee.

To qualify for a free boiler you must answer yes to the following questions:

  • Are you the home owner of your property? (This scheme is NOT available to private/social landlords or tenants.)
  • Is your boiler over 6 years old?
  • Are you in receipt of one of the benefits below?

P.S if you are not in receipt of the qualifying benefits then head over to our LA Flex section to see if you still qualify!

  • Are you able to have Underfloor insulation/Room in Roof/Cavity Wall Insulation installed at your property? (If you are not able to have any of these installed, you may still qualify for a boiler, however there may be a contribution fee to pay)

Did you answer YES to all of these questions? If so then contact us via our Contact Us to start your claim for your government grant today!
